Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not, you can return any item within our returns period, provided the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with their original packaging.

Returns & Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the delivery date. If you have any following issues, Return & Exchange Policy will be effective. Kindly have a look on the same:

  • Wrong Product Received
  • Shrink
  • Damage / Torn Piece
  • Size not fit
  • Manufacturing Defect
  • Color Fade
  • Damaged Embroidery

To return the product, please write an email to info@linenwalas.com or call/Whatsapp on 91 91161 26395, with all details of the product(s) you wish to return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with instructions to initiate pick-up.

We offer free reverse pick-up for all orders across India. In case the reverse pick-up facility in not available in a particular area, then we will request you to self-ship the product.
The product should be in its original condition, i.e., it should not be used or washed and all tags should be in place. It would take us 2-3 working days from the receipt of product at our warehouse to process the refund amount.
For Cancellation:

Due to our automated warehouses, we can only accept cancellation requests within 12 hours of placing your order.

For Exchanges:
  • Please email or Whatsapp within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • New product(s) which you desire to receive should be the same value or more, compared to your exchanged product. In case it is of more value, you can pay the excess amount via COD.
  • Once your exchange request is approved by our team, we will create a reverse pick up of the product & get it shipped back to our warehouse.
  • Please ensure that the product you are returning is unused & in the same condition that it was sent in. If it is found to not be in the same condition during our Quality Check process, we will cancel your exchange request & ship back the product to you.
  • Upon receiving the product, it will be put through our Quality Check process. Once approved, we will ship your new product to you.
For Returns:

Please email or Whatsapp to Return within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • Once your return request is approved by our team, we will create a reverse pick up of the product & get it shipped back to our warehouse.
  • Please ensure that the product you are returning is unused & in the same condition that it was sent in. If it is found to not be in the same condition during our Quality Check process, we will cancel your return request & ship back the product to you.
  • Upon receiving the product, it will be put through our Quality Check process. Once approved, we will refund you amount in your bank account/UPI
  • Refund for all orders (including COD) will be processed in Bank Account or UPI.

Please know that we take the utmost care with our products & processes but in the following unfortunate cases:

  • You have received an incorrect product or size
  • You have received a damaged product or defective product
  • You have not received part of your order

Please send a photo to our customer support team via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours & we shall resolve this matter with the utmost priority.

Once the item dispatched from your end reaches our warehouse, the replacement product will be shipped out to you and will reach you in our standard delivery time i.e. 6-8 working days for domestic shipments.

Please note: We offer free shipping & returns only till the first exchange or return. Second exchange or return onwards, you will be charged shipping fees.
